Cake Class and Workshop Fees Details

I conduct one day cake workshop and classes in Hadapsar Pune . Types of classes which anyone can attend are  Basic Cake Class, Advance Cake Class, Fondant Cake Class and Paithani Saree Cake Class . Those who are interested to join my class has to register one week in prior. We also accept orders for customized theme cakes. Details of fee structure are as below. बहुत से रीडर्स ने मुझे यह रिक्वेस्ट भेजे है की में स्पंज केक बनाने की रेसिपी पोस्ट करू, तो आज में यह रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूँ. आशा है यह रेसिपी आपको पसंद आएगी और आप भी अच्छे अच्छे केक बनाये अपने घर पर. में स्पंज केक प्रेमिक्स से बनती हूँ जो की Pillsbury ब्रांड का आता है. यह रेसिपी आधा 1/2 kg स्पंज बनाने के लिए है.  यह रेसिपी में वैनिला केक की बता रही हूँ जिसमे मैंने वैनिला केक मिक्स प्रयोग किया है. चॉकलेट केक के लिए भी यही रेसिपी है. सामग्री : 1. केक मिक्स (Cake Mix) = 200 gm 2. खाने का आयल (Oil) = 20 ml 3. पानी (Water) = 100 ml विधि : 1. ओवन या OTG को प्रीहीट कर ले 10 min के लिए 150 डिग्री पर. 2. केक मिक्स, पानी और आयल को अच्छे से मिक्स कर ले और batter बना ले. बीट करने के लिए आप स्टैंड मिक्सर प्रयोग कर सकते है. 3. Bater को 10 -15 min बीट करे ताकि कोई लम्पस न रह जाए. 4. 6 इंच का केक टिन ले और टिन को अच्छे से आयल और प्रेमिक्स से ग्रीस करे. 5. अच्छे से बीट किये हए batter को केक टिन में डाले और  टिन को आधा हे भरे. 6. केक टिन को ...

How To Make Chocolate Ganache with Fresh Cream

Easy and simple cake recipe of how to make chocolate ganache with fresh cream. I prefer Amul's fresh cream but you can use any brand of dark chocolate and fresh cream as per the availability. You can store this mixture in an air tight container for a month and can use it with Fondant cake or chocolate truffle cake. Here are the ingredients and recipe. Ingredients: 400gm Morde's Dark Chocolate Compound 200gm Amul's Fresh Cream Recipe: Finely chop dark chocolate compound. Pour fresh cream in a pan and melt it in medium flame (don't boil). Mix chopped dark chocolate compound with melted fresh cream and stir it on medium flame. Stir for 5-10 mins till both ingredients are mixed well and formed a thick mixture.
